The inquiry form collects the contact and travel-planning details you choose to provide. We use them to respond to your request and discuss travel arrangements. Please do not send passport numbers, payment card details or other sensitive documents through the general inquiry form.
How your inquiry is handled
Form submissions are sent to the business email inbox. The website does not create a public profile or add your inquiry to a public database. Hosting and email providers process information necessary to operate these services. Technical logs and short-lived spam-prevention records may be used to protect the site.
Cookies and external websites
This site uses WordPress and may use essential cookies for administrative functions. The travel map is hosted on this site. Partner and Instagram links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. The initial website release does not include advertising trackers or a marketing newsletter signup.
Traveler stories
Published testimonials are sourced from Melissa’s public Virtuoso profile and attributed to that source. Email-style reviewer names are withheld. Contact us if you have a question about a displayed review.
Travel imagery
The site uses AI-created editorial travel imagery for inspiration. These images do not promise the appearance of a specific hotel, suite, ship or itinerary. Melissa’s portrait is an edited version of her existing professional photo.
