Melissa is fabulous. Her attention to every detail was amazing and she kept my wife and I informed at every step of our wonderful 17 day trip to the Mediterranean. Anniversary Trip
Melissa assisted us with our 50th Anniversary trip. My husband wanted me to see Paris and I wanted him to visit the Normandy D-Day beaches. She was incredibly patient working thru numerous options until we had a beautiful 2-week plan. It was an amazing celebration of an amazing life together!

Melissa was and still is fantastic to work with. She exceeded our expectations in planning and executing the trip, but when we encountered a personal health emergency, she was the indispensable contact person got us home safely and quickly.
The trip she planned was the most spectacular trip we have ever taken. Due to our emergency, we were not able to complete the entire trip, but plan to have Melissa redesign the remainder of our trip so we can complete it next year. We will never take a trip again that she is not involved in.

She is also very helpful in recommending activities and restaurants, in addition to luxury accommodations. Fabulous planning
She was great! She booked the most fabulous accommodations for me AND got me several lovely extras at each hotel as a result . These upgrades added a super PLUS to my trip . I had not been to either foreign country before and was somewhat anxious about the planning as I was going alone! Melissa helped with transfers who all came through on time and in luxury cars . I felt very secure in the places I stayed and the drivers I had. Melissa was a definite asset to my travel plans . She also laid out the destinations and all “vouchers” and hotel reservations in great detail on an app that was most useful. I highly recommend consulting Melissa when planning a trip!

Melissa was incredibly accessible and detailed while planning our trip to Costa Rica. She was always calm and very friendly in all of our interactions. She never tired of all the questions we had for her and if she didn't know the answer she was back in touch within the day. She gave us so many options for hotels, activities, and places to eat and was able to recommend our travel itinerary that fit our family best. We found her to be of the highest professionalism and no detail was overlooked.

Family trip to Italy
Melissa designed the perfect one week trip for our family of 4 to Italy, taking into consideration our unique needs and setting a pace that was not too fast or too slow. The hotels she booked for us were perfect - not the big chain-type so we were able to experience local flavor. I highly recommend Melissa and would definitely use her service again!

Melissa was wonderful! We took a trip to Italy, visiting a couple of remote areas along the way. Melissa was able to coordinate everything down to the minute, and offered wonderful suggestions and assistance along the way. She was very upfront and thorough, reviewing everything with us as often as we liked.
Melissa is caring and thoughtful, and clearly takes her customers' satisfaction personally. I've recommended her to multiple friends and will absolutely not hesitate to work with her again.
